Since launching BuzzPro in 2010, Terry has trained thousands of leaders—from executives to entrepreneurs—on how to enhance their digital brand, generate better leads, and close more sales. Before founding BuzzPro, Terry served as Director of Marketing for Verizon, where he led national campaigns that added more than 456,000 customers and significantly reduced churn. He holds an MBA from Texas State University and a Social Media Marketing Certificate from Splash Media University.

Krystal Yates is a certified HR expert with a background in Human Resources and Operations. Before starting EBR, Krystal worked for several small businesses in DFW while overseeing HR, Operations, and Management responsibilities. Additionally, she has been working with job seekers in all facets of job hunting since 2010.

​Krystal has been educating her community for years, speaking on HR and Job Search Topics. She has spoken at HR Conferences, including HR Southwest and TMHRA, and for community groups, including Metrocrest, SCORE, Prosperity Bank, and Point Bank.

​In September 2018, Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career. Krystal holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She serves on the Feral Friends Community Cat Alliance board, is a Trustee for The Longhorn Group of Charities Unit Accounting Trust, and volunteers with DallasHR and the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Cathy Trinh, MBA, is a seasoned business consultant and educator with extensive experience in business advisory, education, and financial services. Currently serving as a Business Advisory Board Facilitator at The Alternative Board (Worldwide), Cathy focuses on supporting business owners with revenues between $500K and $5M in achieving greater success and work-life balance.

As CEO of Trinh Consulting Group LLC since June 2023, Cathy empowers individuals, particularly immigrants, women, minorities, and busy parents, through entrepreneurship and education. Additionally, Cathy has held teaching positions at Tarrant County College since 2009, bridging the gap between academia and industry, and has previously managed roles in customer service and commercial lending with organizations such as TechFW, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and various banks. Cathy holds an Executive MBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics and Literature from Vietnam National University.
